 Renee Mengali, CPA
President
Renee Mengali founded Mengali Accountancy after 10 years in the accounting field, specializing in real estate. For 16 years she has used her passion for numbers to help others better understand their business finances.
"My passion is helping our clients run their businesses efficiently. Accurate and timely financial information is key to organizational effectiveness," she says.
Renee believes in using the best in technology to increase her company's efficiency and to save her clients money. "We also operate in a paperless environment to lower our carbon footprint and increase client access to information."
She holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Pacific Union College. Additionally, Renee has a California Real Estate Broker's License.
Renee is a participant in the Accountant and Advisor Customer Council for Intuit and is a member of the Intuit Speakers Bureau. Additionally, she is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and a Sleeter Group Certified QuickBooks Consultant.
Heavily invested in her community, Renee also serves as Chair for the Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce, supports the Sonoma County Council on Aging and Meals on Wheels and participates in the American Association of University Women.
 Debbie Warren
Accounting Manager
Debbie Warren developed a passion for accounting at a young age. Now, after more than 16 years in the field, Debbie uses her experience and skills to give clients the same committed service she would give her own family business.
"I treat every client's account as if it were my own to ensure the highest possible accuracy and dedication I can provide," Debbie says.

Debbie is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and holds a California Real Estate Broker's license, combining her accounting acumen with real estate expertise. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Pacific Union College to compliment the Associate's Degree in Accounting she earned at Heald Business College.
 John Strittmatter
Accountant
John Strittmatter is inspired by solving complex problems. With 30 years of accounting experience, he is skilled at navigating the accounting challenges businesses face.
During his time as controller at Carousel Carpet Mills and Triunity Corp. and his years as an accountant at Dunlap & Bishop Accounting, John excelled at research, resolving problems and working under deadline pressure.
After completing his Bachelor's Degree in Economics at UCLA, John did graduate work in accounting at UC Berkeley.
 Trevor Gilmore
Accountant
Trevor Gilmore uses his experience, education, and sense of humor to ensure a positive outcome no matter what the task at hand. However, he takes working for his clients very seriously.
"If mathematics is the language of nature," he says, "then accounting is the language of good decision making."
His more than 6 years accounting experience includes a stint as Controller for a green-lifestyle brand and a Senior Accounting Associate for a business consulting firm. Trevor earned his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from San Francisco State University and went on to complete advanced accounting certification at Santa Clara University. He's a member of the Healdsburg Young Professional Network and the San Francisco State Alumni Association.
 Stephanie Luna-Gonzalez
Accounting Assistant
Stephanie Luna-Gonzalez started at Mengali Accountancy as an Administrative Assistant, and soon her enthusiasm for problem-solving led her to bookkeeping.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Stephanie strives to serve a wide range of clients and takes pride in "knowing that our clients are receiving the best service available," she says.
Stephanie earned a specialized Associate's Degree in Accounting from Empire College.
 Jessica Bode
Bookkeeper
Jessica Bode took on the challenge of being a Bookkeeper more than 15 years ago and has enjoyed every minute of it. She believes it's her job to do more than is expected of her.
"Being a good bookkeeper means more than just doing the requested financial work accurately, timely, and efficiently," she says. "It also means communicating with clients in a way that makes them feel comfortable and exceeds their expectations."
Her long history of bookkeeping and office management experience includes a position as Assistant to the Director of Finance at The Culinary Institute of America.
 Suzanne Witherell
Administrative Assistant
Suzanne Witherell has learned in her 9-year administrative career to be organized and to exceed expectations. With a background in low-income tax-credit housing management, she believes in being accommodating and maintaining an authentically positive attitude.
She loves "being able to complete projects before the deadline," she says.
Suzanne became a National Compliance Professional in tax-credit housing in 2004.
Cadi Young
Cadi Young enjoys working for a
service-oriented business in a small community and being part of a team that is
community minded. In her over 10 years of administrative experience, she's learned
that "good communication makes the world go round." She adds, "It's important that I provide the best administrative support possible to
the team so they can provide the best service possible to our clientele."
Cadi has a specialized associate's degree in Legal Office Administration
from Empire College and is a member of the Healdsburg Young Professionals
Network.
