ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Mengali Accountancy, a successful accounting firm located in beautiful downtown Healdsburg, is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for a dynamic master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to be part of our growing and fast paced organization! Candidates should be able to assist management and clients by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via multiple platforms and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Our top candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience, be professional, and attentive with a focus on accuracy. They will be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Additionally, they will be very comfortable in a technology rich environment, able to perform general office tasks at a high level and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, they must be willing and able to support the ever-changing needs of the business.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Provide administrative support to executive and support staff

  • Answer telephones and meet and greet clients

  • Document management (scanning, shredding, etc.)

  • Process mail, UPS, and FedEx packages

  • Maintain office filing systems both in our paperless system and our paper filing system

  • Maintain, track, and order office supplies

  • Assist with event planning

  • Other responsibilities, as needed

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Highly proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • At least three years of prior relevant experience, preferably in professional services

  • Detail oriented, self-starter with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges

  • Highly organized with a GREAT attitude!
