  • Answering Telephones

  • Scanning documents

  • Running local errands: banking, post office, etc.

  • Composing letters and other various documents in MS Word

  • Processing online deposits

  • Office supply ordering




  • 1-3 years office experience required

  • Excellent PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Proficient typing speed

  • Self-starter with willingness to learn and positive attitude

  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and dependable

  • Must have reliable transportation to run errands
