Responsibilities with your company: Provide high quality client service that meets or exceeds clients expectations. Provide tax and financial advice to clients and internal staff. Development of staff assigned to the division. Manage property review, tax prep file, audit review, and budget review deadlines.
How do you exemplify the spirit of being a top Forty Under 40 professional?: I continually strive for excellence in my professional and personal life every day, believing that this is a goal you reach for more with each day.

Single most important event in your professional life in the last 12 months: Receiving the offer to become Director of Real Estate Accounting and the opportunities/challenges that go along with it.
What steps is your company taking to sustain your organization and morale in the current economy?: Living our values and discussing them monthly with the team to ensure all involved are informed and making decisions based on these shared values.
Next professional goal: Succeed in my current role of Director, establishing the trust of my superiors, and becoming partner in the firm.
